1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
